300g of whole wheat flour
1 sachet of baking powder
200ml of warm water
2 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Form a volcano with the flour and put the warm water, the baking powder and oil inside, and stir well. When it is integrated, add the salt and knead the dough for 5 minutes until you get a dough that does not stick to your fingers. Do not worry if it sticks to your fingers in the first few moments. After a short time you will see that it will take consistency.
Let the dough rest in a bowl with a little oil and cover it with a cloth for 1 hour
After the time of rest, we will knead the dough with a roller to flatten it and that's it. Now we can put our favorite ingredients. In this case we have put: natural crushed tomato base, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, grated cheese and oregano. It is delicious!
6 or 7 potatoes
4 or 5 Eggs

Peel the potatoes and cut them in squares.
Add the eggs into a bowl and mix them with potatoes.
Add some salt.
Mix everything and add to the pan (the pan has to be in a hot temperature with the oil).
