Planning
In many cases, science fair will occur at the same time you have other events that day. You will have to decide which event is more important. If you can't make poster session, then you can participate in paper session or vice versa.
It is possible to request to be judged early or later, but there is no guarantee it will be honored.
At NO point is it acceptable to only send a partner to represent you. Judges expect you to be there, no one else.
