23. For outbound mobility, do I have to pay tuition fee to IIUM (home institution), even though my tuition fee at the host institution have been waived?
Yes, you still have to pay the tuition fee to IIUM as any other student with active status. In other words, student undergoing outbound exchange programme will get a tuition fee waiver at the host university/institution since they are required to pay the tuition fees to IIUM.
