Please be informed that Mahallah Asiah Student Lounge will be 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆).

Subject: Live-In During Vacation (LIDV)
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Please be informed that the Live-In During Vacation (LIDV) period is scheduled from 12 July 2025 to 27 July 2025, and the details have been published under the “Important Dates” section of the Vacation Notice.
Kindly take note of the following important guidelines:
1. Eligibilit
LIDV is strictly applicable to:
- International, Sabah Sarawak students, and
- Students participating in programmes officially approved by the Residential and Services Department (RSD), whether the programme is chargeable or free-of-charge (FOC).
2. Internship Students
- Students undergoing internships must submit and upload an official confirmation letter from their respective Kulliyyah.
- Failure to upload the required document will result in an invalid LIDV application, and will be subject to further approval by RSD.
3. Left Belongings Application
Students who plan to leave belongings in the Mahallah during the vacation must:
- Falls under category the “Left Belongings”,
- It is mandatory to return the room key either via the designated drop box or at the Mahallah Asiah Office counter during working hours.
- Upload a consent letter/email from the Principal of Mahallah Asiah.
- Incomplete submissions will render the application invalid and subject to RSD approval.
4. LIDV Confirmation
- All residents must confirm their LIDV status for SOP documentation by completing the Google Form https://forms.gle/TqCWW7rnjnYfGRsg9.
- The form must be submitted between 12 June 2025 and 26 June 2025 (submissions received after 26th June 2025, 11:59 PM will not be entertained).
5. Short Semester Category
The official list of students enrolled for the Short Semester will be finalized by 26th June 2025. Students who are not included in the final list will be informed accordingly and are kindly advised to either make the necessary arrangements for room rental (subject to RSD’s approval) or return their room key and vacate their room within a reasonable timeframe.
