Our lab is interested in knowing how genome is organized and how they move inside a tiny nucleus. Nucleosomes, remodeling factors, and transcription factors are some of the key molecular players that can regulate chromatin organization and function. We use bioinformatics and computational biophysics to elucidate the mechanisms of genome activities and aim to solve many questions that concern cellular aging, heterogeneity, differentiation, and evolution.
