This lecture was organized by Karyashala workshop, Accelerate Vigyan, SERB on 20th-26th January 2022.

The lecture was designed to educate researchers in the field of Oxide materials. The lecture focuses on the role of defects and how doping and co-doping induces structural changes which further modifies the electronic properties. The example taken in the lecture was on ZnO but is applicable for all oxides.

The lecture was delivered by Dr Somaditya Sen, Associate Professor in Physics department of IIT Indore on the 25th Jan 2022 at 4pm. Thanks to Dr Srimanta Pakhira for inviting Dr Sen to the program.
