If I take you out for vegetable shopping and tell you to select vegetables, will you be able to?
Yes, at my place we have a vegetable market every tuesday… like today there is a market.. My mother takes me so I can select. There will be one spoiled tomato, or there could be many. Some have some spots on them and so on… I choose the most distinct one. The one which doesn’t have any spots and isn’t spoilt. For ladyfingers, they also have spots… they also have prickles on its surface which hurts, so I choose the ones that do not hurt

*handing a tomato ketchup* How is it made?
With tomatoes... And there must be something else like liquid. I think there is chemical mixed in it. Along with water and sugar.
Do you know what nutrients we get from it?
Nothing. No, when you cook tomatoes all the nutrients get burnt.

Has it ever happened that your teacher took you out of the class to teach about food?
No, but once we made potato chaat in class 4th. Sir asked all the students to bring potatoes and some spices. And then he brought a bowl in which we all made it and then we all ate it... First all the students brought boiled potatoes. Then they brought some spices. And then he put the potatoes and spices in a bowl. He mixed everything with a spoon. And then all the students took it in their tiffin and ate it. Some of us brought mango powder, chilies and other spices.

Ma'am, I have made a small farm at home. First, I went to the farm and observed it and then I made it at home, I have grown tomatoes and everything by myself. First, my father bought the saplings from the market. After that, I planted the saplings And added some sand and manure. After that, I added water to it and let it grow. I made the manure all by myself by rotting the banana peels… Then I added it. So, the manure is made. I learned how to make the manure by watching my friend's farm. I talked to his father who work on the farm. He grows other food items as well but I like tomatoes... It was easy
