Kumar Chokshanada Sangakkara was a former professional international cricket player, cricket commentator, businessman, ICC Hall of Fame inductee and former president of Marylebone Cricket Club. Sangakkara represented Sri Lanka in 134 Test matches from 2000 to 2015, including fifteen as captain. Sangakkara played primarily as a wicket-keeper-batter and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of this type in cricket history.
