Peter Kuruvita is an internationally renowned chef, restaurateur, television presenter and author. His irrefutable passion for food and produce was nurtured in his Grandmother’s kitchen as a child growing up in Sri Lanka laying base to his career as a chef. This has inspired the restaurants Flying Fish, signature dishes, cookbooks and television series like, Island Feast, Mexican fiesta and My Sri Lanka that followed throughout his career.
