Dr. Prakash Chauhan, an esteemed space scientist, has significantly contributed to Earth observation, ocean colour retrieval, and planetary remote sensing. As a key investigator in Chandrayaan missions, his work has led to the conclusive detection of water molecules at different location on the Moon.
Director, IISER Kolkata
Prof. Sunil K. Khare, is a distinguished biochemist known for his pioneering research in enzyme technology, extremophiles, and antimicrobial resistance. With over 30 years of experience, he holds prestigious fellowships and editorial positions in renowned scientific journals.

MPrism aims to address the critical challenges posed by micro and nanoplastics through interdisciplinary collaboration and research. The conference will bring together leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss advancements, and foster partnerships. The focal line of MPrism revolves around exploring sustainable strategies for plastic pollution management, with a strong emphasis on assessment technologies, environmental modeling, AI applications, remediation techniques, and valorization approaches. Participants will gain insights into the latest tools and methods for detecting and quantifying plastic pollutants, as well as approaches for mitigating their impact.
By fostering a dialogue on science-driven policy formulation and effective waste management practices, MPrism aspires to contribute to long-term solutions for reducing plastic pollution's detrimental effects on the environment and society.
