MPRISM-2025 - Book of Abstracts
The Microplastic Research Innovations and Sustainable Management (MPRISM-2025) conference, hosted by IISER Kolkata on February 15-16, 2025, gathered over 150 participants from 61 national and 4 international institutions. This pioneering event focused on addressing the growing environmental challenges of microplastic pollution, advancing research, and exploring sustainable solutions for managing microplastics across ecosystems.
This Book of Abstracts contains summaries of the oral and poster presentations featured at the conference, which covered a wide range of interdisciplinary topics in microplastic research, including detection technologies, environmental fate, ecotoxicology, artificial intelligence, machine learning in environmental science, and remediation strategies.
