Call for Abstract

The abstract should be a maximum of 250 words and must include the title, author name(s), their affiliation(s), and five relevant keywords.

Each author is allowed to submit only one abstract as the first author. While submitting, ensure the name of the corresponding author is provided, along with the preferred mode of presentation (oral/poster) and the chosen theme.

Once reviewed and accepted by the peer review committee, authors will be notified regarding acceptance and the assigned mode of presentation. The accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Steps for Abstract Submission:

1. Download the Abstract Format: Ensure your abstract adheres to the template, with all required sections included: Title, Author name(s), Affiliation(s), Keywords, and the preferred mode of presentation (oral/poster).

2. Submit the Abstract: Provide all necessary details asked in the google form below. Upload the abstract in DOCX or DOC format as specified in the guidelines.

• Last date for abstract submission: 15th December 2024

• Last date of Registration: 31st December 2024

• Late Registration deadline: 15th January 2025

• Notification of acceptance of abstract: 20th December 2024
