Abstract submission

Abstract submission for ISEB 6 is now open. ISEB 6 will have plenty of slots for talks and poster presentations. Please submit your abstract by submitting the following form. Length should be within 250 words. Please write in simple language, and be precise. The selected abstract will be published in the form of an e-booklet. Note that abstract selection is not necessary for registration. However, registration will be needed to participate in the conference.

All student participants are encouraged to submit an abstract. It is a great opportunity to present your work or idea to the field leaders and get feedback.

Registration fees:

Details of the early bird registration fees are mentioned here. Registration covers food and hostel accommodation charges for students.

Last date for Early bird registration: September 10th, 2025

Late registration will be allowed up to October 10th, 2025. Registration fees will be an additional INR1000.00 + 18% GST.

If you are attending the pre-conference workshop on "Phylogenetics – Principles, Practice, and Applications", an additional fee of Rs.500/- has to be payed to cover your accommodation and food. The workshop itself is free.

Special registration for Local student participants:

If you are a student from Berhampur, and would like to register for the conference, you can opt for a Special Local Student registration. In that case, your registration fee will be INR 1,400/-. This registration will include conference participation, and all tea & snacks during the conference. But it will NOT cover conference lunch and dinner. It will also NOT cover accommodation.

Such student participants will have the option of availing lunch / dinner at the student mess at the existing charges, which are sufficiently nominal.

Note that this registration option is only available for local students (for example, students from IISER Berhampur, Berhampur University, Khallikote Unitary University etc.).
