The 2022 Nobel Prize in physics was awarded in the field of Quantum Information Sciences for experiments that established the violation of Bell inequalities. The journey from theory to technology that enabled this to happen using entangled photons, is the subject matter of the following blogs. They begin with an introduction which describes the key words that are paramount in understanding quantum information and then go on to the more mathematical description of Bell's inequalities, EPR paradox. In the final section all the experiments that lead to the path-breaking discovery have been explained.
