Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

Chupinaya:

I decided to plan a trip to go camping with my friends to the mountains. We had to plan who would bring the food and who would bring the camping tent, as well as the day that we would be doing this.

Reflection: being the one who plans, specially when the activity includes a lot of people is challenging and involves responsibility. This was stressful, but I also enjoyed being the leader and watching everyone enjoy the trip.

Esperanza en el Corazon:

We went to another children's home, but this time i had to do all of the planning, including; bringing cake for the kids, organizing the date and the time, as well as the whole team.

Reflection: I enjoyed doing this, because I was stressed because of the planning, but jut by seeing all of the kid's happy faces all of my worries faded away.
