Pachamama:

By going two times a week and training really hard at something I used to think I did not have the ability to do I became surprised when I decided to compete at the centers annual competition and won third place.

Reflection: Sometimes we predispose ourselves thinking that we do not have the ability to do certain things, but with hard work those disabilities become abilities.

Mountain Running:

Ever since I was little I have been mountain climbing with my mom. Every year there id a race here in Ajijic called Chupinaya, where athletes from all over Mexico and even the world come to run 14 or 7 kilometers on the mountains. I enrolled in the race, tried really hard for two months and won first place on my category.

reflection: If you put all of your effort on something that you love, you wont't regret it, even if you get the last place.
