IEEE AESS Student Chapter received a funding of 75,000 USD ($25,000 of every year for total of 3 years) under the AESS DSTEI initiative. Dr. Somesh Kumar and Dr. Pinku Ranjan are the Co-ordinator for this student chapter.
NanoR group (Dr. Somesh Kumar) has received a grant of Rs. 5L for the SERB Karyashala Event on "Advances in Nanoscale Transistors for Next-Generation Applications".
Dr. Somesh Kumar awarded the Best Young Researcher award by GECL, 2019.
Dr. Somesh Kumar is elevated to the grade of IEEE Senior member.

Welcome to the official homepage of the NanoR Group at ABV-IIITM Gwalior............
We are housed in the C- Block (207, 203) of ABV-IIITM Gwalior. Our workforce consists of graduate, undergraduate students and visiting interns. Our research is supported by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Human Resource Development and ABV-IIITM Gwalior. Through our research, we are trying to find solutions of some real life problems. In particular, key research topics include:Design and Fabrication of high-speed chip-chip and 3D interconnects, 3D Integration and TSVs, Graphene based nanoelectronic devices and interconnects, 3D IC design, Interconnect architecture for Network-on-chips, Flexible Devices and IoT based applications.
