Dr. R. SEETHARM

Dr. R. Seetharam is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) in Mechanical Engineering Department at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kurnool, India. Before the current assignment, he was an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur during 2020-23. He did Ph.D. degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Warangal. His research interests are broadly related to Metal forming, Development of microstructure and constitutive models, Deformation behavior of light weight metals, Ultra-lightweight HEA based reinforce nanocomposite materials, Development of UFG structure of composite and Shape Memory alloys materials. His research group is also making excellent contributions to society in the study of aerospace and biomedical applications. He has over 10 years of research and teaching experience at UG and PG levels. He has published more than 25 research papers in International peer reviewed journals of repute, National and International conferences in India and abroad, 03 sponsored research projects. He has also guided a number of of Ph.D. (Ongoing 04), M.Tech (Awarded 2), B.Tech (6 Month Intern. Project: Awarded 22, Ongoing 03) students. He is a reviewer for various leading International journals of repute (ASME, Elsevier and Springer).
