One Big Day

On big day I woke up

I came down from my room to go swimming

after I finished I noticed that there is

something different in me and I notice

I may be gone

without exciting I disappeared again

I made a decision about my superpower—

With my power, I would help people,

save my family when they are in trouble

I want to stay the same person that I am

that’s why my costume will look like

very simple and there won’t be many designs—

I don’t like when we complicate something

my mother comes to my room

and asks me girl what's going on

you know you can tell me anything

me who was not ready to talk about this

I said nothing mum don't worry

I was afraid that nothing would happen

to my family that's why I didn't tell

I don't want to kill people with the power I have

I want to save but not kill

I want to travel where I want

I want the world to know that

as long as you save people,

Helping people is better than

doing nothing

I took 2 days to think

I have what I have to speak to my mother

for here something bad happens to me

to let her know that I wanted

protect her and others too
