Chapter 9

In this chapter, students CONTINUE to work with fractions and mixed numbers as they explore the Essential Question: How do you subtract fractions and mixed numbers with unlike denominators?They use the least common denominator (LCD) to rename fractions with a common denominator. They subtract fractions and mixed numbers putting ALL answer in simplest form.
