Monday:  Practice multiplication/division facts for min. of 10 minutes! (Will NOT be allowed to use charts during tests!!) 

Tuesday: p.64 problems 1 to 3

Wednesday: Not Seen p.64 problems 1 to 3

Thursday: Test on Division 1 & 2 digit divisors Wed. 11-12

Chap. 4 Check Progress Due 10-30


We are currently working on Chap. 4 Division (Note that students will not be allowed to use a multiplication chart during tests!!)

In this chapter, students continue to work with operations  as they explore the Essential Question: How do you divide multidigit whole numbers? They explore division patterns and estimating quotients using compatible numbers and then move into applying the standard algorithm to divide by one digit divisors and two digit divisors.
