This one-week training has been developed specifically for research staff working on randomized evaluations to equip them with essential data analysis and research management skills. The training is also open to incoming non-research staff.  Sessions will include a mix of lectures, workshops, and technical exercises taught by J-PAL/IPA staff and affiliated faculty. It provides an opportunity for participants to discuss the practical details of their work, refine their technical skills, and meet other research staff working on RCTs around the world. We anticipate a cohort of 40-60 attendees from organizations such as J-PAL, IPA, and more.
