Abhijeet is an applied microeconomist and studies topics relating to the economics of education, child nutrition, and public service delivery in developing countries. His session, ‘How to Randomise,’ will explore the strategies for carrying out randomised evaluations for different social programs.

Anupama Dathan is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL Global, where she leads J-PAL's work in cost effectiveness and welfare analysis. In this role, she focuses on better understanding impacts and net benefits of programs and policies evaluated by J-PAL affiliates relative to their costs. She also writes briefs and memos to highlight key findings and works with policymakers to use evidence in their policy decisions. She also advises J-PAL's Health sector.
Prior to her time at J-PAL, Anupama worked in a number of positions related to health policy and research, including maternal and child nutrition at the Results for Development Institute (R4D) and communicable diseases and vaccine access at the ONE Campaign.

Aparna Krishnan is a senior advisor on Evidence to Policy (E2P) government partnerships and capacity building efforts, including the use of administrative data for research and policy. She leads the internal organizational learning agenda on pathways to evidence use and scale in working with governments. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), India.

Harini Kannan is a Research Scientist at J-PAL South Asia. She has about 14 years of experience designing and leading large-scale randomized controlled trials (RCTs) across diverse states in India, tackling complex challenges in sectors such as health and education.
Her work has contributed critical insights into the efficacy of various development interventions, particularly in education pedagogy and in uptake of preventive healthcare. With a deep understanding of both on-ground realities and rigorous research methodologies, she has considerable experience in managing teams, engaging and advising diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality in research implementation and analysis.
Harini will be taking the lecture on "Theory of Change and Measurement" on the 11th of December.

Lisa studies development and labour economics, with a focus on female labour force participation, digital work, and the evolution of gender norms. Her lecture, ‘Post Design Challenges,’ will explore the different factors that could compromise the integrity of an evaluation during its implementation and practical strategies to mitigate these "threats”.

Megha Pradhan is Associate Director - Training at J-PAL South Asia, where she manages J-PAL South Asia's Education sector. She is Director - CLEAR South Asia, where she works on building capacity for monitoring and evaluation.
Prior to joining J-PAL South Asia in 2015, Megha was an Assistant Professor of Economics at University of Delhi. She has also worked with the National Knowledge Commission, an advisory body to the Prime Minister of India. Megha holds a Master's in Economics from University of Maryland, College Park and the Delhi School of Economics.

Sandip’s research focusses on development economics, political economy, and public service delivery, with an emphasis on corruption and governance. His lecture, ‘Impact Evaluation Methods,’ will cover key tools and frameworks for assessing social impact, examining the strengths and challenges of various evaluation techniques.

Shawn teaches and conducts research on financial services, impact investing, and Social Enterprise. Using examples from completed randomised evaluations, Shawn will showcase how rigorous evaluations can be effectively used by organisations and enterprises to accelerate social impact in real-world settings.
Shawn will be taking the lecture on "Project Start to Finish" and delivering the first Plenary Session on "Evidence in Action" on the 13th of December.
