The main target group is our music students, mainly from the high school of performing arts, music and dance (16-18 years old), but also other student musicians from other courses. As our orchestra works to a great extent on theater projects, the repercussion of the project will reach practically all students (12-19 years); likewise, at the Liceul Stefan Luchian de Botosani all music students are potential recipients and participants in the project. Ultimately, all the Galiana and Liceul de Artă,,Ștefan Luchian" educational communities are also going to attend the concerts.
At IES Princesa Galiana we also want to take advantage of the project to promote knowledge of Romania.
We have a significant percentage of students with Romanian roots and we want to include one of these students in each mobility.
It will be encouraged that the largest possible number of teachers and students participate in the mobilities. For this reason, we have planned six students and two teachers for small group mobilities, which will provide security for the group and also guarantee a significant impact on the center itself. For the same reasons we have considered the number of 16 students / 2 teachers for the final mobilities.
The IES Princesa Galiana will involve mainly music teachers, but also English teachers or members of the management team. Different students will participate in the trips on each occasion selected by the group of teachers according to their degree of involvement in the project and in case of equality, depending on the level of English and finally the best academic grades, including the Conservatory subjects Jacinto Guerrero. Also in each mobility at least one student of Romanian origin will participate, who will work especially in the tasks of coordination, translation, preparation, observation and dissemination of experiences in the partner center. In this case, preference will be given to students with a good level of English, academic qualifications and a favorable report from all the teachers in the group.
In the "Stefan Luchian", in addition to students from different groups, teachers of instruments and general subjects will participate. Families will also be involved. Academics, psychologists, actors who will have a beneficial impact on the project will also participate. The directly involved group of students and teachers will go through a high-level selection process. They will actively participate in all stages of the project.
Indirect beneficiaries will be other high school students (15-19 years), student volunteers, instrument teachers, families and the local community. Everyone will be involved through the project's dissemination activities.
