Why is it important to study grammar?
As well as lexical wealth, the correct use of complex grammatical structures allows you to understand and convey ideas and thoughts better.
Regarding EvAU, accurate grammar can help you in Block 1 (Reading comprehension) and Block 3 (Writing) and it has a block on its own, too. In Block 2, you must transform sentences.Â
Sentence Transformation (Rephrasing)
In this Block, you must transform four sentences. After each one, you are given the beginning of another sentence which must have the same meaning as the original. Thus, you have to give the same message by means of different grammatical structures.
