First, I was with a family. They have been great, although at the beginning i was a bit scared. They made me feel at home. I went to lessons in the same schedule as my host partner at school. I also did sports. I had German lesson every week which helped me a lot. I did a presentation of myself, my school and my hometown at Spanish and Italian lessons. I also had extra-school activities. We visited Aachen with the school. I also did many things with the family, visiting places like Köln and Bonn. I also had to send presentations for my school in Spain.

Aitana Téllez

During my Erasmus mobility in Kerpen, Germany, I took part in many different activities. We attended normal classes at the school with German students, such as maths, English and other subjects. We also participated in physical education classes, where we played sports and worked together with students from another country. We learned basic German every day, especially simple words and expressions to communicate in daily life. This helped us to understand the culture and the people better. We also visited Aachen, an important city in Germany. In Aachen, we learned about its history and main monuments. Each group prepared a small presentation about a monument, and we explained it to our classmates. This activity helped us to improve our speaking skills and to learn more about German culture.

Julia Caño

We participated in the lessons of our host partner, including the sport lessons. We had german lessons every week. Moreover, we did a presentation ofour school, our town and our country and some activities of recycling and climate change. Besides, we did plenty of activities in the afternoon with the host family and with the school, such as visit cities, meet with friends, go to the bowling, ice skating... We sent photos and videos about our time.

Román López

Thanks to this mobility activity, I learned many new things. I improved my German skills, especially listening and speaking, by using the language every day. I also improved my English, because it was the main language used to communicate with other students. On a personal level, I became more independent and responsible. Living in another country helped me adapt to new situations and solve problems by myself. I also learned to work in a team, respect other cultures and be more open-minded. This experience helped me grow as a person and gave me more confidence. It was a very positive experience for my future.

During my mobility period, I have learned about recycling and environmental care, improved my English, and even learned some Czech. I visited several places, including a small village, the bowling alley, and many cultural and historical sites. We went to Prague, where we visited the Science Museum, the Parliament, and the Senate. I also learned more about the Czech Republic, its history, language, culture, food, lifestyle, and education system. This experience helped me to understand the importance of recycling, cleanliness, and environmental awareness, and it really improved my knowledge about sustainability.

Lucía Villar

I attended classes and lessons in the host's highschool: History, Spanish, English classes... I attended PE: Gymnastics, dance, attending tournaments School activities: Participating in English and Spanish classes, doing a presentation in Spanish class, school trips (Prague's Zoo and Senate), assisted a charity proyect about helping the blind people. Learning Czech: The highschool provided me a digital document about the basic words. My hosts also helped me to learn more of them. Family activities: Hiking, visiting Prague, fishing, visiting expositions, picking mushrooms... My school's activities/Divulgation: Doing the document/presentation of one week in the country. Miscellaneous: Petting a very fluffy cat.

Irene Sirvent

We went to class we also did some projects in spanish class also in english and in history the school organicé a trip to zoo of Prague. With the family we do a lot of activities like going to a museum of planes also to a viewpoint where you could see all the Czech Republic.

Verónica Batembe

I have improved my skills in speaking English, my social skills and my maturity. I have also learned a bit of Czech. Moreover I have learned about Czech culture, Czech history and Czech parliament, since we went on a trip to the Senate. Lastly, I have improved my knowledge of the environment and recycling.

El tema de la movilidad ha sido la sostenibilidad y todas las actividades han estado enfocadas dicho aspecto. En esta movilidad hemos participado los siguientes países: Alemania, Suecia, Liechtenstein, Italia y España.

La sostenibilidad se ha trabajado en grupos internacionales y desde diferentes perspectivas. Hemos descubierto ciudades donde la cultura y la sostenibilidad coexisten. Por ejemplo, en Milán hemos aprendido que la restauración de edificios históricos es un ejemplo de sostenibilidad ya que protege el patrimonio cultural. El diseño de la arquitectura demuestra cómo el diseño tanto en construcciones históricas como nuevas construcciones crean espacios bellos y eficientes. Como ejemplo, la visita al bosque vertical en una zona de nueva construcción en Milán. Con la visita al jardín botánico aprendemos la importancia del estudio de la biodiversidad para hacer frente al cambio climático. La visita a Cresppi D'Adda como ejemplo de pueblo creado con la sostenibilidad como lema y elegido como pueblo Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Se trata del ejemplo más representativo de pueblo obrero que se mantiene perfectamente conservado siguiendo un esquema urbano sostenible. Asistimos además a un desayuno en una cafetería cuyo lema más importante es la inclusión y que está gestionada por personal con distintos tipos de discapacidad.

Esta movilidad nos ha enseñado que la sostenibilidad significa cuidar lo que ya existe, integrando la naturaleza, valorando el patrimonio y replanteando una arquitectura para construir ciudades más humanas y conscientes de la importancia de la conservación del medio ambiente, donde la tradición y la innovación pueden coexistir.

Día 1: acogida en el Gymnazium Dr. Josef Pekaré. Actividades para romper el hielo, en las que los alumnos españoles y checos pudieron empezar a conocerse, interactuar, y crear los primeros vínculos del proyecto.

Día 2: visita de Praga. Los participantes checos nos guiaron por la ciudad, dándonos a conocer la historia y cultura checa.

Día 3: Visita a la fábrica de Skoda: nuestro alumnado ha participado en clases de Español y Educación Física, compartiendo experiencias y aprendiendo junto a sus compañeros checos. Después, se han lanzado a una gymkana por la ciudad usando la app Goosechase, descubriendo sus principales rincones y monumentos de una forma divertida y dinámica. Por la tarde hemos disfrutado de una visita guiada al Museo y a la fábrica de Škoda, una experiencia realmente impresionante que nos ha permitido conocer desde dentro la historia y el proceso de fabricación de esta icónica marca.

Día 4: Castillo de Mlada: Comenzamos la jornada en el instituto, donde asistimos a una reunión con el director. Después nos dividimos en dos grupos: mientras uno participó en distintos juegos usando gafas de realidad virtual, el otro realizó experimentos en el laboratorio de química. Más tarde, ambos grupos intercambiaron las actividades. Finalmente nos desplazamos hasta el castillo de Mladá. Se trata del castillo histórico de la ciudad Mladá Boleslav, en la República Checa. Por la tarde hicimos un entrenamiento con el equipo oficial de balonmano de la ciudad.

Día 5: Ajeto Glasswork: hemos visitado la fábrica de cristal Ajeto Glassworks. Es una cristalería / fábrica de vidrio artesanal ubicada en Lindava, cerca de Nový Bor, en el norte de Bohemia. Los alumnos han podido construir sus propias figuras de cristal y posteriormente hemos hecho una ruta de senderismo por los alrededores.

Día 6: Montaje de video y Baile: En este último día el alumnado por grupos trabajaron en un montaje de vídeo de cada uno de los días que estuvimos en Chequia. Las fotos y los vídeos utilizados fueron realizados previamente por el alumnado con la cámara del centro. Finalmente se hizo un montaje de todo y lo expusimos en clase. Se realizaron las correspondientes despedidas y se emplazó al alumnado a asistir de forma voluntaria a un baile en el Museo Skoda.

Movilidad Individual de estudiantes de nuestras alumnas de 1º BACHILLERATO: Nazareth Córdoba Molina y Elena Martínez Díaz.

The first activity that I did is going to different lessons, there I learnt Italian, I went to PE and I did some presentations in English about my city. I went to different restaurants with the family, I visited Milán where I saw the duomo, Brescia where I saw the piazza della loggia, in cremona I saw the museo del violino and how they made it ,I saw a concert of a violinist, the museo del torrazzo,catedral de cremona and many others places . I have been able to see how the families and the school recycled. I took some photos with the teachers and the People that I met there and on the places that I visited.

Nazareth Córdoba

I have improved my English and I learnt some Italian. I also learnt how to be more independent, and to be careful with my spending and recycling activities. I had to move around the city without any help, so that helped me a lot. I learnt about Italian culture and history.

Movilidad de Aprendizaje por Observación: Rocío González.

During my mobility period, I carried out a job-shadowing experience at the host school. I observed different lessons, especially in computer-aided technical drawing, and attended English and Italian classes. I also participated in Spanish lessons as a conversation assistant, presenting aspects of Andalusian culture to the students. Additionally, I had the opportunity to meet teachers and learn about the Italian education system. This experience helped me to develop my teaching skills and broaden my professional perspective.

I improved my teaching skills by observing different methodologies, especially in computeraided technical drawing, and I learned new ways to use digital tools in the classroom. I also developed my communication skills by interacting in English and being exposed to Italian in everyday situations. Participating in Spanish lessons helped me improve my ability to adapt content to different levels. In addition, I gained a better understanding of the Italian education system and increased my cultural awareness.

I have learned several positive and transferable practices that I can apply in my work as a secondary school teacher. In particular, I have gained inspiration to promote more student-centred learning, giving students greater autonomy and responsibility for their own learning process. I have also seen the benefits of incorporating outdoor and experiential activities to increase motivation and engagement, even within a secondary school context. Additionally, I have learned the importance of prioritising student well-being and creating a supportive classroom environment that fosters collaboration, respect and active participation. Finally, the course has encouraged me to reflect more critically on my teaching methods and to seek innovative, flexible approaches that connect learning with real-life situations.
