The first meeting took place in the Pavillons sous Bois from October the third to October the seventh 2016.
On Monday 3rd, we had a breakfast in the school to introduce the Spanish and Italian teams to the Principal and vice principal. Then, the teams had an interactive English class (level 5ème). In order to introduce most of all the French teachers to the Erasmus teams, the French team organized a crêpe party in the teachers’-room. After lunch, we had a city-tour. At 4 pm, we had a first work session about the local area. The teacher in charge of the library joined us to present different ICT applications such as Tellagami, Madmagz, Tagul... we could use during the project (creation of the logo, magazine...) We defined the criteria of the creation of the logo. On Tuesday 4th, the partners attended different classes: Spanish (3ème), civic education (3ème), special needs students, election to the class representatives (4eme). After lunch, in a close restaurant, (the latin teacher joined us), we met a first group of Erasmus + students to interview them and took pictures. Then we had a second work session to establish the financial participation of the students, to plan the different cultural and sporty activities and the next transnational meetings while the Spanish headmaster was still with us. On Wednesday 5th, the Spanish headmaster went back to Spain and the teachers met the second group of Erasmus + students. The Spanish and Italian teachers introduced themselves to the students, took pictures of the students... During the afternoon, the teachers went to Paris for cultural visits (Cruise on the Seine River, Opera, La Villette Circus...). On Thursday 6th, we had an important meeting with Stéphanie Gourdol from the Conseil Général of Seine Saint- Denis. She wanted to know more about our project since she is in charge of the communication around the organization of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris and in Seine Saint-Denis. She wanted our project to be part of all the events organized around the candidature of Paris as a host city. We had a third work session in the morning about the tasks linked with the first module (general presentation). The PE teachers invited us to join them at the gym for a sporty lunch. Some other teachers and the Principal and vice-Principal joined the session too. In the afternoon, we had a fourth work session to plan the first activities of the project and to create common documents about the project to give to the parents. We organized a second meeting for the French parents at 18.00 to meet the Spanish and Italian teachers who introduced their schools and answered all the questions. At night, we had dinner in a gourmet restaurant in the area. Other teachers and the 2 Principals joined us too. On Friday 7th, the Spanish team attended a physical education class and the Italian team attended a Latin Class.
