e-TWINNING project

Coordinadora: Laura V. Liberto Pereira

About the project

This project will last from October to May. Several high schools engage together to create an online magazine with blog format. There students will share information about different activities done in their high schools and also, opinions about varied topics. The issues will be launched every single month and the schools will cooperate to create the contents. We will try to make international teams so they can create at least an article in a cooperative way.

AIMS

We hope to develop the following:

- Improve English skills. (developing linguistic competence)

- Learn to be organised and meet deadlines. (developing sense of conscience and entrepreneurship)

- Learn to cooperate and respect different ideas (developing social and civic competences).

- Be able to use various ICT tools to learn, exchange and communicate. (developing digital competence.)

- Learn about different European countries and their cultures. (developing cultural awareness)

WORK PROCESS

All schools will share a common design for the blog magazine. We will start using https://www.madmagz.com/ for this. Although we may change depending on partners' choices.

Every month we will publish an issue of the blog magazine. The school editors will be in charge of editing the articles to be published. All the members will brainstorm and debate about topics to be dealt with for each issue.

EXPECTED RESULTS

The final product will be the blog magazine made by all the shcools participating in the project. There will be monthly issues that will be available to the public through the web pages of all schools. It may be possible to publish it by the end of the year, or at least one of the issues.
