Introduction
NGOs help to give a more sustainable life to the local people. AMO is one of them. It’s located in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil and their main objective is to give specialized technical services to children and teenagers with cancer treatment and their families.
The institution
“AMO Criança” is a world-renowned NGO.
Since June 3, 1962, in São Paulo, it was founded with the purpose of helping children and adolescents with cancer treatment, offering medication, exams, medical consultations, specialist technicians, emotional and psychological support for both the patient and family members…
And also AMO has the AMO thrift store, created through donations, such as clothes, shoes and accessories.
How to find them and help
AMO has a physical space in Novo Hamburgo where pediatric onco pediatrics, social work, psychology, physiotherapy, nutrition, pedagogy, art therapy and music therapy services are provided. There are many ways to help them, for example by donating financial resources, plastic caps, food, hygiene products, clothes, school supplies, toys, etc. You can also participate as a volunteer or associate yourself with them to create a stronger impact.

Conclusion
This NGO is so important to be open and continuing helping children and teenagers, because that goal is much necessary, and then we need to help and support them by donating, being a volunteer, sharing to others… for AMO don’t close and give up.
