Physical Education Teacher | Soccer &Gymnastics Coach | Lifelong Athlete
Hello and welcome! My name is sr. Heba Ahmed, and I’m proud to be your Physical Education teacher and coach. I have a deep passion for sports, fitness, and helping students live active, healthy lives.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, and I’ve spent over 16 years teaching PE and coaching young athletes from all walks of life. My mission is to help every student build confidence, stay active, and learn the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—on and off the field.
As a former college athlete, I competed at the highest levels, winning university championships in 2004, 2005 These experiences helped shape my belief in the power of sports to bring out the best in us.
I am a certified modern classrooms project educator in physical education.
Today, I coach soccer at Islamic soccer association-Goats, where I train and mentor future athletes. I hold coaching certifications from the U.S. Soccer Federation, including the F-License and Grassroots Coaching Certificate, which allow me to guide young soccer players as they grow their skills and love for the game.
In addition to teaching and coaching, I hold a certification as a personal trainer, with a focus on developing individualized fitness and wellness program.
Whether we’re playing games in PE class, training on the soccer field, or learning new skills in badminton, my goal is always the same: to help the kids become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves.
I’m excited to be part of your journey—let’s move, play, and grow together!
My decision to become a teacher was driven by my love for physical activity and the desire to share this passion with others. I was inspired by my own teachers and coaches who motivated me to pursue physical education and develop my skills. teaching allows me to combine my interests and make a positive impact on my students' health, teamwork, and self-esteem.
