The Registration section provides basic necessary information for families beginning, or continuing, their Islamic education at IHS. All Parents and Students must read all of the information below, before completing the Student Registration Form available at the end.

Prospective and continuing parents, and students (of age), must review all of the information in this section. It is very important to be familiar, and up to date, on all of the important information below. The Registration Form should only be completed after reading and understanding all of the information.

IEC Husaini School (IHS) GENERAL Information
Parents and students (of age) must read the IEC Husaini School's (IHS) Mission & Goals, along with all of the information below, to gain an understanding of the school, before completing the Student Registration Form available at the end of this section.

Parents may register students for weekly Islamic school, from the ages of 5 (Kindergarten) - 18 (Twelfth Grade).
Parents and students must self-assess the level of Islamic knowledge, and register for the appropriate grade level at IHS.

IHS's academic year begins on the second to last Sunday in August each year, and continues through the first Sunday of June of the following year. Due to special circumstances, for the 2023-24 academic year, IHS will open on August 27th.
IHS's Academic Departments provide students with three different classes in each grade, for a well rounded Islamic education, along with a trans-formative cultural understanding.
Parents, and students (of age), in order to achieve basic success at IHS, must do the following:
Save and actively use IHS Central contact information.
Contact IHS Administration with any inquiries or concerns, or to report absences/late-arrivals: IHS Central Contact Information
Ensure IHS emails are not going to your Junk/Spam folder. Mark IHS emails as NOT Junk/Spam, so you receive IHS emails directly in your inbox.
Activate and use Student IHS Account (sent after registration for new students).
IHS Accounts provide students and/or parents access to important IHS materials, such as, class content, event participation forms, the IHS Online platform (as needed), and other exclusive access.
Be familiar with, and be able to navigate around the IHS website, and frequently visit it throughout the academic year to stay up to date.
Stay up to date on Announcements, and be familiar with all of the content available under/in the Students & Parents tab/section.
IHS student Registration information
Parents, or legal guardians, must carefully read and accurately complete the Registration Form for their children.
Correct contact information and data must responsibly be provided, including e-mail addresses and phone numbers, in order to receive important information from IHS. Please check for all typos/errors.
Failure to provide the correct information will negatively effect students' development and progress at IHS.
The correct information must also be provided in the case of an emergency, God forbid.
Discounts on Registration Fees will be applied for families who complete and submit the Registration Form by the first Sunday of August.
Registration fees include student course materials, in-school activities, resources, lunch for each session, and more. Fee amounts are listed below. Registration Fees do NOT need to be paid until an official payment notice email is sent/received from IHS Central. (school@iechusaini.org).
1 Child = $250.00 | 2 Children = $375.00 | 3+ Children = $400.00
Registration Fees for children of Full-Time IHS Faculty or Administration Members
1 Child = $150.00 | 2 Children = $250.00 | 3+ Children = $275.00
After completing the registration form, a copy of your form should be sent to your email as a confirmation. If a copy of your form is NOT received, the registration form has not been received in our system, or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please make sure a copy of your form is received to confirm registration.
Soon after successfully completing the registration form, parents will receive a welcome email from IHS. New parents/students will receive a welcome and IHS Account information.

Prospective Parents MUST FIRST come to the Registration Section to READ all of the information above, BEFORE completing the Registration Form. Parents/Students will be negatively impacted if this VERY IMPORTANT section is bypassed.
