Each Home Team has it's own Zoom account.
Weekly Drumbeats:
Weekly drumbeats will be held in each team's main (same) Zoom room each week (their meeting ID does not change). These Zoom rooms are technically "always open." This means that if you ever click the link, you will be taken to the meeting space.
Drumbeat Hosts:
Drumbeat hosts should login to Zoom via the home team account, so that they have hosting privileges (like organizing breakout rooms). Login information below.
Please make sure to log-out of your account after the session, so that you are joining things like coaching calls, community conversations, etc. from your personal account.
Home Team Meeting Recordings:
Home Team drumbeats are set to auto record to the cloud. Drumbeat hosts (or any member) can log in to the account and send out the recording link.
Hosting Additional Home Team Meetings:
You are more than welcome to use your home team account to meet up at times outside of your drumbeat. You can either just decide to use your standing room ID (the always open room), or schedule a separate room.
You can only ever have one meeting happening at a time. (Hence why it is also important to log out of the host account)
All meeting hosts should log in through www.zoom.us. Use an "incognito tab" then close out when you are done, to ensure that you have logged out of the host account.
