For this assignment, I was asked to create a custom google map. I decided to plot the noteworthy locations that I visited in a trip to new mexico. Previous to this project, I was unaware that I could make a custom google map, and I quickly learned the intuitive interface in order to construct one. Recently, I traveled to New York City, and I used custom google maps to pinpoint places I wanted to visit. This shows that custom google maps were not only an interesting topic to cover in computer literacy, but also a very useful tool in the real world.
