In the second cycle of this class, I was asked to create a blog about a topic that interests me. I was excited to learn new things through this assignment, so I chose to cook a new recipe weekly. I have found this topic to be very exciting and successful. Like the web reviews, my writing has grown stronger due to writing weekly, along with my cooking ability!
