Refusal To Disclose Information

REFUSAL TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION

The school reserves the right to impose consequences at the discretion of the ICS Administration on ICS association members, if

• a family does not disclose COVID information of exposure or symptoms or a positive PCR Covid test to the Health Office (consequences may include immediate dis-enrollment of the family)

• a family or employee falsifies or falsely reports the results of a Covid test.

• an employee fails to disclose COVID information of exposure or symptoms or a positive PCR Covid test to the Health Office (consequences may include immediate termination of employment contract)

• an employee undergoes unauthorized/non-approved travel and has to self-quarantine (consequences may include unpaid leave to serve the quarantine and potentially immediate termination of employment contract)
