Students can purse the ICS graduation diploma through different combinations of courses that typically fall within one of the four pathways for graduation:
The ICS Diploma Pathway
All students at ICS receive the ICS Diploma at graduation.
Our ICS HS Diploma is accredited by MSA (Middle States Association). Classes are standards-based for assessment and teachers grade using the ICS 1-7 that is closely aligned with the IB 1-7. All assessments are internal and grades earned lead to ICS credits.
Students may choose to complete the ICS Diploma with a BTEC certificate or diploma.
The ICS Diploma Pathway with BTEC (starting Aug 2024)
Our BTEC International Business Level 3 Qualification Handbook is linked HERE.

The ICS Diploma Pathway with Arizona State University Courses (College credits)
Students can take a mix of ICS and DP Courses along with Arizona State University Courses.

The IB Diploma Program (IBDP)
The IB Diploma is an optional "add on" to our ICS Diploma. For this, students must meet the requirements of the IBDP.
Please see more detailed information on the school website or contact the HS Curriculum Coordinator
Language Acquisition courses in the IBDP are based on best practice from the IBDP Principles into Practice, as well as our Language Policy. Course requests are considered carefully with these in mind, as well as students' future goals and aspirations. Students are required to take an "appropriately challenging course". This is determined by considering the level of language acquisition reached and the number of years of exposure.
The IB Career-related Program (IBCP)
The IBCP is an optional "add on" to our ICS Diploma. For this, students must meet the requirements of the IBCP.
