Transcripts and School Records

Former ACS/ICS students and alumni who need copies of transcripts or school records may contact Mrs. Meheret Alemu at registrar@icsaddis.org. Please provide at least two weeks notice for requests for electronic records. Hard copies of records can be sent by registered mail if needed; please allow for additional time for mailing. Use of courier services such as DHL or UPS will require payment.

Alumni ID Badges

Alumni may obtain ID cards to access the ICS campus. All student and parent alumni must have a plastic Alumni ID card to enter the ICS campus.

To obtain an Alumni ID card, please go to the main reception to have your photo taken and submit a completed application, during regular office hours (7:30 AM -5:00 PM). Or you can bring a passport size photo (white background) and a completed application to the main security gate after hours.
