From Margie Olson:

My dear husband and life partner of 43 years has moved on. Since last September he had been suffering from Mylodysplastic Syndrome, a form of bone marrow cancer. Due to his weakened state after last year's liver transplant, chemotherapy was unsuccessful. We began hospice care at home two weeks ago and he passed peacefully last Friday evening with Lena and me by his side. We honored his wish not to share this final health struggle on Facebook. His physical presence is gone, but cherished memories of a life well lived and a man well loved will always be with me.

Retiring: Renate Tejiwe

School nurse Renate Tejiwe retired in February 2017 after 23 years of service. We honored her with a coffee ceremony and shared memories.
