Alan Lo is a distinguished restaurateur, investor, and a leading voice in the Asian cultural scene. Being named one of Asia’s Best Young Entrepreneurs by Bloomberg Businessweek, one of “30 Rising Power Players in the Eastern Art Scene” by Blouin Artinfo, featured in Apollo magazine’s “40 Under 40 Asia Pacific”, and awarded Tatler Asia’s “Leader of Tomorrow” in 2017.
Holding an AB in Architecture from Princeton University, Alan is a passionate art collector and active supporter. Contributed to various arts and culture non-profits and museum committees, serving as the chairman of both Design Trust and Ambassadors of Design Hong Kong, a board member of Para Site, and a member of Art Basel’s Global Patrons Council, the Tate Asia Pacific Acquisition Committee.
Together with his wife, Yenn Wong, the CEO of JIA Group, Alan co-founded a Singapore-based Yenn and Alan Lo Foundation, which fosters transnational artistic practices. The foundation was a founding sponsor of the S.E.A. Focus Art Fund, which helps acquire contemporary Southeast Asian artworks for the Singapore Art Museum. He has also served on a number of government committees, institutions and non-profits including Harbourfront Commission and Business Facilitation Advisory Committee, and Retail and Tourism Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
In 2021, Alan assumed the role of Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Investment, Asia, at GP Industries Limited, and Executive Vice Chairman of GP Energy Tech International Pte. Limited, where he oversees the rechargeable battery business division.
In the hospitality industry, Alan serves as Senior Advisor to JIA Group, where he has played a major role in shaping high-end Cantonese and Western dining in Hong Kong, including the Michelin-starred restaurants Duddell’s, Andō, and Louise. As a father of three, Alan remains deeply committed to elevating Hong Kong’s growth as a vibrant hub for culture, arts, and innovation.

Kai is a Hong Kong–born food illustrator and creative storyteller whose work sits at the intersection of art, culture, and everyday life. She is best known for her “Everyday Toast” project, where she illustrates slices of toast inspired by cafes, cities, and food cultures around the world, building a global community of food and art lovers.
Recognised on the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list for her influence as a next‑generation content creator, Kai is a true “slasher” creative, working across illustration, creative direction, social media, copywriting, and food writing. Her collaborations span exhibitions, brands, and independent cafes, where she uses visual storytelling to celebrate Cantonese cuisine and contemporary food culture.
Kai’s academic path spans leading institutions across three continents, reflecting the same curiosity and border‑crossing spirit found in her art. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Culture and Society at the London School of Economics, after completing a BA in Art and East Asian Languages & Cultures at the University of Southern California, with earlier chapters at Parsons School of Design and as an exchange student at Waseda University in Tokyo.
Beyond her food illustrations, Kai has a diverse background in interests that include culture and society, fashion and styling, and East Asian pop culture, reflecting her transnational life between Hong Kong, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and London. She is also an avid K‑pop dancer and performer, bringing the same energy, discipline, and creativity from the studio to her artistic practice.

Fiona grew up in Hong Kong and later studied in the United Kingdom. During her freshman year, she discovered the WSET program, which ignited her passion for wine. She went on to build a distinguished career with leading wine merchants and auction houses including Berry Bros. & Rudd, Sotheby’s, and Christie’s.
Motivated by her interest in human behaviour and mental well-being, Fiona transitioned from the wine industry to pursue counselling and psychology. She earned her Master’s in Psychology with distinction and is a graduate member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, with aspirations to further her studies in Clinical Psychology.
Fiona now contributes to MINDSET and NLPRA, organizations dedicated to advancing mental health awareness and supporting recovery. In her roles as Lead Barista and Shop Associate at their community cafés, she applies psychological principles to cultivate inclusive spaces where individuals in recovery can reconnect, build confidence, and regain a sense of purpose. Her career path reflects how professional expertise can find diverse applications, showing that growth and meaningful impact often begin with the courage to explore new directions.

Vivian is a founder of the ActionHouse International, a Sports Marketing and PR agency in Hong Kong as well as project development in China and Asia. Some of the ActionHouse’s projects include Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, New World Harbour Race, Formula-e event, Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon, Prudential WTA 250 Hong Kong Open, Bank of China ATP 250 Hong Kong Open, UCI Track Cycling World Championships and many others.
Vivian is an Asian Games Silver Medalist in Swimming. She was one of the torch bearers in HK for the Beijing Olympics 2008. She has a keen interest and passion in Sports and Marketing. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She has managed over 500 international and major local events and press functions. Vivian has been awarded an Outstanding Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Award by HK Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association in 2021. She has a deep understanding of the event management and the overall media environment, ability to identify specific needs of media and translate those needs into client results. Her can-do approach help clients develop a vision for their initiatives have been the cornerstone for long standing relationships with clients.
Vivian is the Vice President of the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association. She is also an executive member for the Hong Kong Olympic Academy of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee and also a Laureus ambassador. She is guest lecturer in the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Education University of Hong Kong. She was a member of the Sports Commission Board, the Harbourfront Commission, Long-term Prison Sentences Review Board and Independent Police Complaints Council. Vivian has been awarded the CE’s Commendation for Community Service in 2021.
