Grace is the lead instructor for many highly popular career development programs at HKUST. As a professional trainer and career coach specializing in personal growth, she promotes care, commitment, creativity, and integrity. Her career goal is to help others achieve theirs, and her passion lies in helping and inspiring students to discover and become the best version of themselves.
Before joining the higher education sector, she gained 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Management. She began her career as an Executive Trainee in Hong Kong, progressed to Senior Human Resources Manager, and later became the Head of Operations at a container terminal in China.
Grace has an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management. She is also a trained 'Results Coach' specializing in life and career coaching. Currently, she is pursuing a part-time Master’s of Studies Degree in Coaching at the University of Cambridge.
Educational Psychologist
Rickie Hung is an Educational Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting students with special needs in Hong Kong's school and private practice settings. An ICS alumnus ('99), his career path took shape during his undergraduate studies at Queen's University (Canada), where a pre-med focus evolved into a passion for psychology and education. This led him to obtain a PGDE at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master in Educational Psychology at the University of Alberta. Now, as President of the ICS Alumni Association (ICSAA), Rickie channels his gratitude for the foundation he received at ICS into fostering a connected and supportive community for all alumni.
