Pre-Professional Fellowship (PPF)

The Pre-Professional Fellowship (PPF) is an entry-level certification program designed for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the blockchain profession. The PPF certification provides a comprehensive learning experience that prepares learners for pre-professional coursework, volunteer activities, clinical experience, research, theory, and practice.

The PPF certification is an excellent starting point for those who wish to gain a foundational understanding of the blockchain industry. This certification program covers a wide range of topics that are essential to building a strong foundation in the field, such as blockchain technology, decentralized systems, cryptography, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.

Completing the PPF certification is a prerequisite for pursuing the Industry Expert Fellowship (IEF) and Industry Specialist Fellowship (ISF) certifications. The PPF program provides learners with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the IEF and ISF certifications.

Throughout the PPF program, learners will engage in a variety of activities that will help them develop their skills and knowledge in the field. These activities may include coursework, volunteer work, research projects, and clinical experiences. By engaging in these activities, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the practical applications of blockchain technology and the various roles and responsibilities within the industry.

Overall, the PPF certification program provides learners with a strong foundation in the blockchain profession and prepares them for the advanced certifications offered by the International Council of Registered Blockchain Professionals™ (ICORBP)™.

The Registered Blockchain Fellow™ (RBF)™ is a designation within the Pre-Professional Fellowship (PPF) program offered by the International Council of Registered Blockchain Professionals™ (ICORBP)™. This designation is earned by individuals who have completed the requirements of the PPF program and demonstrated competence in the foundational knowledge and skills needed for a career in blockchain technology.

The scope of practice for individuals holding the RBF designation includes, but is not limited to, the ability to understand the fundamental concepts and principles of blockchain technology, including its history, architecture, and use cases. RBFs should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the cryptographic methods used to secure blockchain networks, as well as the legal and regulatory issues related to blockchain technology.

Additionally, individuals with the RBF designation should be able to apply this knowledge in practical situations, including the ability to design, implement, and maintain blockchain networks and applications. They should also have a strong understanding of blockchain-related programming languages and tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams to achieve blockchain-related goals.

By using the RBF designation after their name, individuals are indicating to potential employers and clients that they have met the rigorous requirements of the PPF program and have demonstrated their commitment to advancing their knowledge and skills in blockchain technology.
