Certification Types
The first in Blockchain Continuing Technical Education (CTE)
There are four (4) certification types available:
- Pre-Professional Fellowship (PPF) (100-249 Clock Hours)
The Pre-Professional Fellowship (PPF) is a membership type offered by the International Council of Registered Blockchain Professionals™ (ICORBP)™, which is designed for individuals who are interested in entering the blockchain profession. This certification involves activities that prepare the learner for pre-professional coursework, volunteer activities, clinical experience, research, and the application process.
The PPF certification is a preparatory fellowship for Industry Expert Fellowship (IEF) and Industry Specialist Fellow (ISF) certifications, which are designed for professionals with more advanced knowledge and skills in blockchain technology. By completing the PPF certification, individuals will gain the foundational knowledge and skills needed to pursue these advanced certifications and further their careers in the blockchain industry.
The PPF certification requires a minimum of 100-249 clock hours of learning, which can be completed through a variety of activities, such as attending educational events, participating in workshops and training programs, and engaging in volunteer activities. These activities are designed to provide learners with hands-on experience in the blockchain industry, as well as the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings.
In addition to completing the required clock hours, PPF certification candidates must also go through an application process, which involves submitting a resume, transcripts, and letters of recommendation. The application process is designed to ensure that candidates meet the standards set by ICORBP and have the necessary qualifications to enter the blockchain profession.
Overall, the PPF certification is an excellent way for individuals to gain the foundational knowledge and skills needed to enter the blockchain profession. By completing this certification, individuals can prepare themselves for more advanced certifications, such as the Industry Expert Fellowship (IEF) and Industry Specialist Fellow (ISF), and advance their careers in the blockchain industry.

- Partnership & Accreditation
Partnership & Accreditation is a comprehensive program designed for entities or body corporate that engage with Blockchain Technology and are interested in advancing Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). This program provides programmatic and institutional recognition to entities that meet the standards of excellence in the Blockchain field. The certification includes a certificate of partnership and a certificate of accreditation that demonstrate the commitment of the entity to the advancement of DLT.
The Pre-accreditation Documentation is a process that entities must follow to become accredited. This process involves submitting documentation that demonstrates the entity's compliance with the standards of excellence in the Blockchain field. The documentation includes evidence of the entity's expertise in DLT, its commitment to ethical practices, and its ability to deliver high-quality services in the Blockchain field.
The Post-accreditation Result is the outcome of the accreditation process, which indicates whether the entity has met the standards of excellence in the Blockchain field. This result is based on an evaluation of the entity's performance against the criteria established by the program.
Entities that meet the criteria for the Center of Development (75% Compliant) certification demonstrate that they have achieved a significant level of compliance with the standards of excellence in the Blockchain field. This certification indicates that the entity is committed to the advancement of DLT and has made substantial progress towards achieving the Center of Excellence certification.
Entities that meet the criteria for the Center of Excellence (100% Compliant) certification demonstrate that they have achieved the highest level of compliance with the standards of excellence in the Blockchain field. This certification indicates that the entity is a leader in the Blockchain field and is committed to advancing DLT through innovative practices, ethical conduct, and exceptional performance.
The Partnership & Accreditation program is open to a variety of entities, including organizations (ORG), learning institutions (EDU), businesses (COM), non-governmental organizations (NGO), not-for-profit corporations (NFP), low-profit Ltd. liability companies (L3C), and for-profit corporations (CORP).
