Registration Period

• Non-speaker participants: Deadline – July 12, 2026.

• Talk and poster presentation submissions: Deadline – May 15, 2026.

📢 Notification of acceptance for talks and posters will be sent by May 29, 2026.

Registration Fees (amounts in Brazilian reais – BRL)

• Brazilian Faculty Members / Researchers / Postdoctoral Researchers: R$ 500,00

• Brazilian Graduate Students (MSc/PhD): R$ 350,00

• Undergraduate Students: R$ 200,00

• Foreign Faculty Members / Researchers / Postdoctoral Researchers: R$ 700,00

• Foreign  Students:  R$  500,00

Payment methods

Payment methods will be available from Frebruary 2026.
