Registration Period

• Non-speaker participants: Deadline – July 12, 2026.

• Talk and poster presentation submissions: Deadline – May 15, 2026.

📢 Notification of acceptance for talks and posters will be sent by May 29, 2026.

Registration Fees (amounts in Brazilian reais – BRL)

• Brazilian Faculty Members / Researchers / Postdoctoral Researchers: R$ 500

• Brazilian Graduate Students (MSc/PhD): R$ 200

• Foreign Faculty Members / Researchers / Postdoctoral Researchers: US$ 200 (USD) or R$ 1000 (BRL)

• Foreign  Students:  US$ 100 (USD) or R$ 500 (BRL)

• Undergraduate Students: exempt

Payment methods

Payment can be made via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system) using the key:
sing@icmc.usp.br

Please, upload the proof of payment using the registration form:

Participants who do not have access to Pix (Brazilian instant payment method) can pay the registration fee in cash on the first day of the conference.
