In order to make our meetings more efficient, to keep better continuity between discussions each month, and to better organize time so that all can attend regularly, we plan to combine our member and subcommittee meetings into one block of time each month. We will structure our meetings to spend part of each meeting addressing all member topics, then shift into breakout rooms to address committee topics.
