The winter olympics 2022 have just started
Today, February 4th, the Winter Olympics start and they take place in Beijing. They will end on February 20th.
There are 15 sports:

At Bird's Nest the show directed by Zhang Yimou is staged: 3,000 will perform and there is also an Italian. The blue team will parade for the penultimate race led by Michela Moioli.
During the ceremony the torch was carried by former Houston Rockets longtime player Yao Ming.
This morning our Italian curling team won against Norway and the Czech Republic.
in Men’s single skating- Short program, China won and Italy finished seventh.
In figure skating, the USA won and Italy finished third.
Unfortunately for the Japanese it's
not going in the best way. In fact the
snowboarder Rina Yoshika injured
her back due to a bad fall during an
exercise. The medical staff rushed to
help her and put her in a sled to take
her down the hill. Japanese Olympic
officials said the 22 year old suffered
a spinal injury but luckily was not paralyzed.
