Welcome to the VIP Lounge Team 😊
A very, very warm welcome, and thank you so much for your heart and willingness to serve at this year’s Feast of Tabernacles.
The VIP Lounge Team plays a special role in helping our guests and Leadership Team feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Through your service, you will be supporting the Executive Office Team and creating a warm and inviting environment for our ICEJ Leadership, speakers, special guests, and VIP delegates from Israel and around the world.
Together, we have the privilege of serving those who are coming from Israel as well as those who have come from around the world to celebrate God's faithfulness in Jerusalem.
Thank you again for joining the team. We are looking forward to serving alongside you and making this year's Feast a very special experience for every guest.

About the team:
VIP Lounge Team Members play a key role in supporting the Executive Office and ensuring our VIP guests feel welcome and well cared for during the Feast. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve in a dynamic, high-energy environment and contribute to the hospitality that makes the Feast special.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and setting up the VIP Lounge for guests
Ensuring refreshments are always replenished
Keeping the Lounge clean, tidy, and inviting
Welcoming and seating VIPs with warmth and professionalism
Preparing delegate packs
Supporting the Executive Office with any additional tasks as needed
Ideal Qualities:
Ability to interact graciously with delegates at all levels
Strong hospitality and hosting skills
Experience working with VIPs or senior management is a plus
A friendly, welcoming attitude and attention to detail
