About the team:

This team takes care of the connectivity of physical devices (laptops, mobile phones, hotspots, routers, switches etc.) and configuration of controller and office automation programs. 

Tasks include-:

•         Configuration of laptops

•         Installation of application packages (e.g. offices 365), remote access, usernames, external internet service contracts

•         Moving of devices from the office to the various Feast venues and configuration of routers between switches

•         Moving and installation of servers

•         Technical support for Teams - related to service providers for the use of online payment devices

•         Installation, configuration and testing of devices like cash registers and WiFi, network at the Resources stand
