Warwick produce both inserted and seamless graphics.
Inserted graphics sit within the poles of the shell scheme and effectively become the walls of your stand. Seamless graphics are fitted to your stand to offer a continuous seamless appearance.
All graphics are sold per panel, e.g. 3m back wall = 3 panels.
There are also options to retain your graphics following the event. Please discuss with the Warwick exhibitor relationship manager if you wish to retain your artwork.

The deadline for graphic printing is Friday 19 March 2027.
All Pre-Built Stands include 2 x spotlights and 1 x 500w socket (including testing and consumption).
Self-build Stands do not include any electrics. If your stand requires additional electrics, these can be booked directly with Warwick via exhibitionorders@wce.co.uk.
The mains supply charges for IATEFL Birmingham 2026 will be listed in the Warwick Online Portal. Space only mains have their own tab on the portal and exhibitors need to book mains and sockets for their stand here.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a main to cover your requirements.
Failure to order the correct supply for your installation, may result in future charges for your stand.
24-hour power - this is required for any supply requiring power outside of standard exhibition opening times. If you have chillers, or freezers you will need this to ensure your power is not isolated at the end of the day. You will need one supply per socket that requires 24-hour power.
Single and twin sockets. These power the same number of Watts per installation; however, a twin socket allows for two items to be plugged in whilst a single allows one.
Before ordering we suggest that you calculate what the draw in Watts is for your items on the stand.
You can then order the correct size power supply; Warwick offer 500W, 1KW, 2KW and 3KW supplies as standard. Any supply above this may require a mains connection.
Extension leads can be brought to show if they have a valid PAT test certificate.
Please note you can not exceed the draw on your socket size whilst using an extension lead. Plugging multiple extension leads together is prohibited.
The ICC Birmingham offers free, open public Wi-Fi across all areas of the venue. If your stand is reliant on a strong connection for sales or demonstrations, you should get a hard-wired connection to your stand.
Please conact marketing@iatefl.org for more information.
Warwick can enhance your stand considerably by fitting carpet for the duration of the exhibition.
A cost-effective way of injecting colour and standing out from your competitors and fellow exhibitors.

If you are planning an event on your stand that is open to all delegates, please let IATEFL know so we can help advise when other stands might be doing the same. Although clashes may be unavoidable as we only have a certain number of breaks, we will be conscious of stands in close proximity to one another for health and safety reasons; to avoid bottlenecks and blocking of entrances/exits. Please contact exhibition@iatefl.org to inform us of your plans as soon as possible.
Your shell scheme can be complemented with a range of optional features, which are offered by Warwick. Whether it be storage, shelving or graphics panels, Warwick have a wide range of products which could enhance your presence within the exhibition, helping you to maximise your brand exposure.
Please contact Warwick directly via exhibitionorders@wce.co.uk and a member of the team will be happy to help.
Help us make the IATEFL Exhibition more eco-friendly
Here are some great ways to make your exhibition stand more environmentally responsible:
Reduce your paper and ink usage
Scanning delegate badges and emailing them your information can be more eco-friendly, whilst also cutting costs.
Source your materials responsibly
Where possible choose responsibly-sourced products including paper from sustainable forests, vegetable-based inks, recyled or recycable materials.
Save electricity
Use low-energy LED lighting on your stand and make sure you shut down your electrical equipment overnight rather than leaving it on standby.
Reuse where possible
reuse elements of your stand design to cut down on the amount you throw away after the exhibition. Bear this in mind if you're designing a new stand.
Offer eco give-aways
If you're planning to have branded promotional materials, consider multi-use items, products made using recycled or recyclable materials, or digital give aways and discounts.
Use local suppliers
Can you source some of your suppliers locally too? This can save on transport, accommodation and delivery costs.
Ask questions!
Check the green credentials of your suppliers, ask if they have a recycling policy, or if they use eco-friendly materials and methods.
8. Save reusable materials
Reuse packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam padding and cardboard. Take home unused marketing materials that can be reused at another event.
We'd love to hear from you about other initiatives you have taken, or are planning to take, which improve your environmental credentials, and don't forget to tell delegates about all the great work you've been doing.
Thank you for your help in making the IATEFL Conference a more environmentally responsible event!
