Delegate Badge scanning

Badge scanning  provides a quick and reliable way to record details of interesting leads and visitors to your exhibition stand or networking event along with their specific area of interest. Once you've scanned a delegsate's badge then you can add any key information you want. After the conference you are then able to follow up with the leads you have generated. This can be booked closer to the conference.

Pop-up presentations on our 'Showcase Stage'

These are 15-minute commercial presentations, programmed during the delegate breaks to maximise delegate . The presentation titles and times are listed in the Conference Programme and the App and will be displayed to the side of the Showcase Stage. Presenters will have access to a laptop and appropriate AV/PA system.
