Sales and Marketing Internship
For the 2024 Iowa Cubs Baseball Season, I will serve as the Sales and Marketing Intern. In this capacity, my responsibilities include supporting the Director of Marketing in various tasks such as managing social media content, crafting email communications, negotiating trade agreements, and more. Additionally, I collaborate with the Sales team by providing proof of performance photos to demonstrate fulfillment of contractual obligations to our sponsors. Below, I have showcased some of the projects and achievements I am most proud of from this internship.
Kulture City Certification

One of my projects over the course of this summer has been helping our venue become Kulture City Certified, which means we are able to support those with sensory needs. Check out the link below to see our social story.

Social Media Management
Social Media Management
During this summer along with the Creative Services team and Media Relations, I helped manage the Iowa Cubs' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. My role was primarily content preparation and crafting posts for when the team was away to keep our audience engaged. I also monitored our growth throughout each month and presented our analytics to my supervisor each month to showcase our growth and how our content was evolving.

Throughout the duration of my internship I have worked on many promotional emails. Whether it is for the upcoming homestand or a MiLB-wide promotion. I sent out two emails per homestand, along with other emails as needed due to events at the ballpark.

Throughout the season I got the opportunity to photograph some of the 75 home games that the Iowa Cubs have throughout the season. I have put some of my favorite shots in the image carousel to the left!

Throughout my internship, I got the opportunity to plan and execute different promotional nights. These are designed to get people into the ballpark. Throughout these different promotional events, I got to participate heavily in the content going out about these theme nights, as well as oversee the execution of them. During this past season I was heavily involved with Cubbie's Birthday Party, We Will Collective Night, and Pride Night! To the left are some of the photos that I personally got the chance to capture during these theme nights.
