introducing curriculum for wales
As a school, over the last couple of years we have been preparing for the changes brought about by the Curriculum for Wales reform. As of September 2023, all learners in year 7 will be taught in accordance with the requirements of the Curriculum for Wales.
At the heart of the Welsh Government's vision is the aspiration for all children and young people in Wales to fulfill the four purposes, and develop into:
ambitious, capable learners who are ready to learn throughout their lives
enterprising, creative contributors who are ready to play a full part in life and work
ethical, informed citizens who are ready to be citizens of Wales and the world
healthy, confident individuals who are ready to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society
